I tried the ketogenic diet for a month and it is clear why it turned out

As a rule, i avoid extreme diets or diets. Atkins? I never know everything about him. As many as 30? Absolutely not going to mess with them. Paleo? Sometimes clothes should be used in history books.
However, the ease of ketogenic (short for keto) practice appealed to me, and since i had to arrive at the wedding party—and wear a bridesmaid’s outfit-i needed something effective to help me lose weight, and in the shortest possible time.

How i did the keto diet
The four products that most effectively helped me order a partnership were:
- Focusing primarily on carbohydrates
- Have a friend for accountability
I started the diet about a short time before the wedding and just lost 10 pounds. Because a low-calorie diet leads to weight loss of up to two pounds a week, 10 pounds no later than 4 weeks did not seem extreme. When the keto diet was so good, as everyone advertised, i thought that 10 pounds would be free for us.
Before i started, i spent 2-3 weeks researching the diet, following keto-oriented instagram accounts for inspiration, and providing a project (see our healthy version of the keto meal plan to help users create a program). This fresh series, as i quickly learned, was the most necessary for my journey.
I used an online keto microcalculator to identify the target for calories, carbohydrates, and fat. I mostly followed the advice, not counting fat. The microcalculator suggested that you need to eat more than two hundred grams of fat every day. It is impossible to make this without loading melted butter in this cocoa or without drinking a little coconut oil before dinner. Is it realistic to leave it behind? Entirely. I really didn’t have time to get there. For me, the main focus was on the loss of carbohydrates. I let the rest of the pieces just tune in to their own places.
